Welcome to Purbeck Lodge

We are one of the forty nine lodges which make up the Province of Dorset. We meet in Poole, just one of the seventeen meeting venues across the county.

Purbeck Lodge No 4355 is steeped in history. It was founded by serving officers of the Royal Tank Regiment based at the Worgret Camp in Wareham during the reign of King George V. It received its warrant from UGLE in 1921.

It is a very popular lodge and has vibrant membership in excess of 50. It has an enviable reputation for its friendship among its members, and ensures a very warm welcome to visitors.

Regular meetings are held on the first Wednesday in every month, starting with our installation in October with our last meeting being in July.

We not only seek potential new members but also those masons who have moved to the area and who are looking to continue their Masonic enjoyment.

A warm welcome awaits. Anyone interested in finding out more about Freemasonry please contact.
