We meet in Wimborne on the third Wednesday of January, March (installation meeting), June and October. The Chapter tyles at 18.00hrs unless advised otherwise

Amphibious Chapter has a strong services background, as you will notice from our banner which is based on the combined services banner. We warmly welcome Companions interested in visiting from other Chapters and for those who are not Royal Arch Masons, we hope you will think about completing your journey in Craft Masonry by joining Amphibious Chapter.

Our next convocation is on Wednesday 16th January, when we will have an explanation of the banners. To book in take a look at the events page.

January Convocation update

The January convocation of Amphibious Chapter will surely be one not to miss. Not only are the Companions giving an explanation of the banners, we will also be celebrating the nobel bard himself, namely Robert Burns, 25 January 1759 – 21 July 1796.

Burns started writing songs and poetry at the tender age of 15 and was initiated into freemasonry at the Lodge of St David, Tarbolton, on 4 July 1781, when he was just 22 years old. more...

Toasting the immortal memory

Oh, what a night! On Wednesday the 17th October we exalted Companion Bob into Amphibious Chapter. We're sure you'll agree that the addition of this very enthusiastic and able mason to the Chapter is very welcome, he will make an excellent Companion (literally) and we wish him well for his progress in the order. more...

Facebook for Amphibious Chapter

Because of our very close ties with Amphibious Lodge we are now posting our news on the 9050 Facebook page. Facebook gives the opportunity to publish more and in greater detail, such as higher quality photographs with a better resolution.

The Amphibious Facebook page is currently posting an article every other day on a wide veriety of subjects, most with a masonic theme, so why not take a look and let us know what you think. You can find the page at @amphibiouslodge9050 on Facebook. more...

A knockout for Mike

So what do your three Principals get up to when they're not reading a ritual book? Well ours are certainly a busy bunch, particularly Mike Dedman who recently took part in a charity boxing match!

Sprightly 63 year old Mike undertook quite a bit of training to get match fit before his bout at the event in the Bournemouth International Centre. more...
