RW Bro Kenneth Henry Barnes celebrates 50 years as a Dorset Freemason

The Deputy Provincial Grand Master attended Vindelis Lodge at Portland for their November meeting.

The Lodge had the pleasure of celebrating RW Bro Kenneth (Harry) Henry Barnes tremendous achievement of 50 years as a Dorset Freemason. The celebration acknowledged his commitment and significant contribution to Freemasonry, particularly in Dorset.

Some of Harry's celebrated accomplishments include being Provincial Grand Master for Dorset for 14 years, the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent in and over the Province of Dorset for 16 years and currently his role as Inspector General of the Dorset District of Rose Croix.

Harry was initiated into Vindelis Lodge in June 1970 and installed as Master in May 1980. He has remained a loyal supporter of his Mother Lodge and is often seen on the floor of the Lodge as a regular and highly respected ritualist.

The Lodge paid tribute to the unwavering support afforded by his wife June, who was present at the ceremony.
