Children's Charity supported by Dorset Freemasons

A Poole Hospital charity, supporting children with life limiting illnesses, have benefited from the efforts of local Freemasons. This week Broadstone Lodge presented the charity, Gulley's Place, with a cheque for £3,650. The money was raised by the Lodge at a series of events over the past year. Vivien Bolt also presented an additional cheque for £82 from the Lodge ladies raised from their get-togethers.

The Gully's Place Trust Fund helps support around 400 infants, children and young people in Dorset who have life-limiting or life-threatening illness. Annie McGrath, of Gully's Place, said 'This donation will enable the full funding of the charity's Sandbanks beach hut for the coming year. We are very grateful and we know that Dorset Freemasonry Cares.'
